Human resource an essential part of any organization including schools. The way of planning, selection, induction, training, and developing career path of head teachers in the schools can influence the performance of a school. Also, the head teacher selection process in education is different than other organization because school is where the prospective human resources of the society is prepared. The students who will have influence to other people in the future. Since the quality of head teachers can influence both the school itself and the students, its essential to do a research on the selection process in schools, for me I will analysis four Chinese secondary schools. By doing this it can be find out what the current situation is, the efficiency of this process and what can be improved.
