Co-workers: 2 supervisors (50 – 60 years old) 3 ops clerks between the age of 50 and 67 5 ops clerks who are millennials Situation: We have two shifts (day and evening). One shift doesn’t believe the other does anything. One shift believes they do everything for the other. The older co worker like holding one task and doing that one task everyday. The younger co workers want to cross train and learn everyhing. Theres no ending to this since employee engagement is an ongoing thing.
