Must be five to six double-spaced pages in length (500-750 words), and formatted according to APA formatting. This includes a title page, five to six pages of the body of the paper, the  conclusion, and the reference page.

The title page must include the following:

Title of paper

Student’s name

Course name and number

Instructor’s name

Date submitted

Must include an introductory paragraph with a succinct thesis statement.

Must address the topic of the paper with critical thought.

Must conclude with a restatement of the thesis and a conclusion paragraph.

Must contain at least one reference from the course text.

Must document all sources in APA style.

Must include a separate reference page, formatted according to APA style.

The final version of your paper must be submitted in one document and be a compilation of the following:

o Title page

o Introduction

o Body of the paper

Likewise, large type, large margins, large indentations, triple-spacing, increased leading (space between lines), increased kerning (space between letters), and any other such attempts at “padding” to increase the length of a paper are unacceptable, wasteful of trees, and will not fool your professor.

The paper must be neatly formatted, double-spaced with a one-inch margin on the top, bottom, and sides of each page. When submitting hard copy, be sure to use white paper and print out using dark ink. If it is hard to read your essay, it will also be hard to follow your argument.
