Focus on a different disease from the one you initially chose for Assessment one. The paper should introduce how the case is to be presented and organised and finish with a conclusion that draws the key themes together. Use scholarly Harvard references to support your discussion ensuring that you correctly reference your work. You must clearly demonstrate the related pathophysiology and management of the selected renal health condition in the body of your paper. Expand and discuss the patient’s nursing management by identifying and discussing key nursing interventions, including clinical assessment and management of complications. You may elect to include social, ethical and legal aspects where relevant. Justify and critique the interventions above by drawing on recent, evidence-based scholarly literature and propose recommendations for future practice if indicated.
