What variables can be used to determine similarities and differences? Using the data from the text explain the differences among the states. Describe possible impacts the differences you found might have on public policy output in the states. Identify three major generalizations you can make from the data about regions or sections of the country or comparisons of individual states. Additionally, please include in your paper, from at least two outside sources, an explanation of at least one way in which the states are compared outside of those mentioned in Chapter One. The book is Thomas R. Dye, Susan A. MacManus and Mary L. Moss, Politics in States and Communities, 15th ed., Pearson, 2015. Use the first chapter for reference.
