Did any of the results surprise you? Why or why not? Compare and contrast the conclusions of the participative versus autocratic approaches to leadership. How do these compare to your assessment results? Review the Leadership Grid (figure 4.3) of the textbook analyze your current supervisor (or a previous supervisor) and identify where he/she would fall on this grid.
