You are the quality director of a governmental agency in a middle management position. Your agency director has announced that the agency intends to hire a strategic planning consultant to develop a plan for the agency. The planning session will begin in about 2 months and will involve only executive-level management and consultants. You have several ideas to propose even though you have not been invited to the event.
