Identify the problems in the organization as identified by the case study.

This is a research paper, not an essay. Support your analysis and recommendations with citations from at least 5 (FIVE) sources beyond any assigned class readings. Paper length should be 8-10 pages, not including cover page and references list. For this paper, you must use a published CASE STUDY. You will find a list of potential sources at the end of this memo. 1. Think of an organizational issue that interests you. 2. Then go to the UMUC Library and other sources to find published case studies that can be used to discuss the topic youve identified as an interest. 3. Identify the problems in the organization as identified by the case study. What do your outside readings and class readings suggest about these problems? What are the causes, and what are possible solutions? 4. Write your paper using this outline: 1. Case Study Summary – a brief overview of the key issues. 2. Analysis – what do various theories of management tell us about the source of the problems? 3. Recommendations – what do the readings suggest that the organization should do to resolve its problems? 4. References with the citation of the case study at the top of the Reference List.
