Teacher Leadership and Professionalism
Participants work individually on a reflective essay on teacher leadership and/or teacher professionalism in a practical example or personal experience relevant to the contexts mentioned in the course (around 2,000 words in English; the literature review mentioned in Assessment Part 1 should not be counted towards this part).
