Current ICT Strategic Plan A brief description of the current ICT Strategic Plan for the organisation, including the date range of the plan, its current status, and any specific limitations or restrictions evident in the plan. 2.2. Stakeholder Analysis An analysis of the organisation’s stakeholders, in sufficient detail to support relevant aspects of your proposal. 2.3. Current Business Goals and Directions A summary of the current business goals and business/strategic directions of the organisation, as evident from the ICT Strategic Plan or Corporate ICT Plan. 2.4. Analysis and Evaluation of Current ICT Strategy An analysis and evaluation for the organisation’s current ICT strategy. The key outcome of this analysis is the identification of a number of gaps in ICT strategic planning that the proposal will seek to address. 3. CURRENT ICT GOVERNANCE Section 3 deals with an analysis of the current ICT Governance of the organisation. This section focusses on ICT governance, not ICT strategy. Current ICT Governance 3.1. Choice of Appropriate ICT Governance Framework Your choice of an ICT governance framework on which the proposal will be based. Include a brief justification of your choice of an ICT governance framework. 3.2. Analysis and Evaluation of Current ICT Governance An analysis and evaluation for the organisation’s current ICT governance. The key outcome of this analysis is the identification of a number of gaps in ICT governance that the proposal will seek to address. 3.3. Assessment of ICT Governance Maturity An analysis and evaluation for the organisation’s current ICT governance maturity. The key outcome of this analysis is an assessment of the level of ICT governance maturity of the organisation. For example, you may use the CMM model in COBIT.
