You are getting very frustrated with your mentees, and now you feel as if signing up to this program has been a waste of your time. This person hasnt contacted you for a meeting; when you email them, they dont respond or they respond at the last minute. You met your mentee at Orientation and they seemed fantastic enthusiastic, friendly, and keen to make this work.
