Overview In this assignment you are required to discuss the external environment as it relates to SWOT analysis. You will answer questions from your textbook and format your answers into a cohesive 2-3 page paper. You will use your text, Essentials of Strategic Management, your experiences with your healthcare professional, and your research from the Franklin University Nationwide Library databases to support your answers. Action Items Refer to Appendix 11.C: Strategic Audit of a Corporation, Section III: External Environment: Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) in your textbook, Essentials of Strategic Management. Write a 2-3 page paper responding to the questions in Section III. Your responses are to demonstrate that you have detected inconsistencies, fallacies, and/or effectiveness of the impact of the external environment. Analyze and summarize your responses.
